How do I reset my password?

Browser

Click HERE to visit the password reset page. There, enter your email address to receive a password reset email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email right away. Click on the link within the reset email to create a new password. Please be aware that passwords need to be six characters or longer.

Mobile App

Navigate to the log in screen. Enter your email address and tap Next. This will take you to the page in which you would enter your password.  Here, tap Forgot Password? under the password line. Then enter in your email address to be sent a password reset email. 

After correctly inputing the email address, username, or mobile pin, on the password input page, an arrow points to the Forgot Password button. After inputting the user's email address, a message appears that says Check your email.
