Here are some things you can try:
- Check that your speakers are on and the volume is turned up.
- Make sure you hear audio from other websites.
- Try clearing your cache.
- Try using Mango Languages in an incognito window.
- Switch to another browser.
The sound level in the app can be adjusted using the volume control buttons on your device. If the problem persists, try uninstalling then reinstalling the mobile app. If you are using Mango Languages in a browser on your iOS mobile device, make sure "Do not disturb" is turned off. If it is turned on, the audio from the Mango Languages website will be blocked.
