Here are some things you can try:
- Check that your speakers are on and the volume is turned up.
- Make sure you hear audio from other websites.
- Try clearing your cache.
- Try using Mango Languages in an incognito window.
- Switch to another browser.
Please also check that your internet browser and Adobe Flash are up to date. You might also try using Mango on a different browser.
The sound level in the app can be adjusted using the volume control buttons on your device. If the problem persists, try uninstalling then reinstalling the mobile app.
If you are using Mango Languages in a browser on your iOS mobile device, make sure the "Do not disturb" switch on the side of the phone is turned off. If it is turned on, the audio from the Mango Languages website will be blocked.
