Pending Cancelation

It's possible that your subscription was canceled due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or some other reason. When this happens, all you need to do is update your billing information. Here's how to do this:

1. Navigate to your subscription information

2. Click on "Update Billing Information".

3. Click on "Change Payment Method" and enter your new credit card information.

NOTE: You will be billed immediately upon updating your payment method.
