No Sound in Safari

Using Safari on a computer? Try the following:

  • Make sure you're using the newest version of Safari.
  • Make sure you hear audio from other websites in Safari.
  • Make sure you're using the newest version of Safari.
  • Clear your cache.
  • Use Mango Languages in a private window in Safari.
  • Check that auto-play is enabled in Safari:
    • Open Safari.
    • Click the "Safari" menu and open the "Preferences" menu.
    • In that menu, click on the "Websites" tab.
    • Click the "Auto-Play" button (it looks like a play button).
    • Locate "learn.mangolanguages.com" in the box on the right.
    • Click on the dropdown menu and select "Allow All Auto-Play".
    • Exit the "Preferences" menu and try Mango again.

If none of these options work, follow the steps in the linked article to completely reset Safari: 

Don't want to reset Safari? Switch to another browser instead. We recommend: Chrome, Chrome-based browsers, or Firefox.
