Family profiles can be created either in a browser or in the mobile app. The device on which a family profile is created does not affect on which type of device it can be accessed. Once created, a family profile can be accessed on any device anywhere in the world.
In order to create an additional profile under your main profile, tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner 
. Then tap Family Profiles and then the Add button. Enter the required information and tap Create Profile. To learn more about parental controls/content settings click HERE.
NOTE: The username cannot contain spaces and must be unique worldwide. For example, "johnsmith" is likely already in use. Try a unique username like "johnsmith1945" instead.
Note: The "Content Settings" apply to Mango Movies only. A list of movies can be found on our website. At this time, the Mango Movies can only be viewed on a computer.
Then, tap Continue. Once the profile is created, you will be able to view the login information for the profiles you have created.
In order to create additional profiles under your main profile, hover over your name or username in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click Family Profiles.
Click on the Add New Profile button.
Enter your family member's name, create a unique username and password for them, and select the parental controls/content settings you'd like. To learn more about parental controls/content settings click HERE. Once everything is filled out, click the Create Profile button.

Click on the Back to Profiles button.
Now they can log in to Mango Languages with the username and password you set. Later, if you select their name from the User Profiles page, you will be able to view their study progress.
After you have added a family member, child, friend, or student to your main Mango Languages profile, they will be able to study at their own pace and their progress will be recorded separately from the yours.
After creating profile(s) for your family member, child, friend, or student, you can view their login information by hovering over your name or username in the upper right hand corner, and then clicking on User Profiles:
Each of your user profiles have the exact same access as yours, and will be accessed the same way. This means that each user must log in separately from the login page. You cannot switch between profiles without logging out of one first.
Log in on a computer:
In order to login to any profile, click HERE. If you and your family member, child, friend, or student are using the same computer, log out and then they can log in using the username and password you assigned them. Of course, they can log in on a different computer from anywhere in the world using those same credentials.
Log in on a mobile device:
In order to login to any profile on a mobile device, download the Mango Languages app, open it and tap Log In. If you and your family member, child, friend, or student are using the same mobile device, log out and then they can log in using the username and password you assigned them. Of course, they can log in on a different mobile device from anywhere in the world using those same credentials.
