Family Profiles

Family profiles can be created either in a browser or in the mobile app. The device on which a family profile is created does not affect on which type of device it can be accessed. Once created, a family profile can be accessed on any device anywhere in the world.

FAQ: Can existing Mango profiles be added as family profiles? No. Existing Mango profiles cannot be added as family profiles. If your friend or family member already has their own Mango profile, that existing profile cannot be added to your profile/subscription as a family profile. To use the family profile feature, you will need to create a new family profile directly from your profile/subscription.

Mobile Browser Logging In

In order to create an additional profile under your main profile, tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner Three Horizontal Bars. Then tap Family Profiles and then the Add button. Enter the required information and tap Create Profile. To learn more about parental controls/content settings click HERE. 

NOTE: The username cannot contain spaces and must be unique worldwide. For example, "johnsmith" is likely already in use. Try a unique username like "johnsmith1945" instead.

Make sure all passwords are least 12 characters long and contain a lower case letter, an upper case letter, and a number or a symbol.

Note: The "Content Settings" apply to Mango Movies only. A list of movies can be found on our website. At this time, the Mango Movies can only be viewed on a computer.

Then, tap Continue. Once the profile is created, you will be able to view the login information for the profiles you have created.
