Lessons Not Downloading In Mobile App

If your lessons aren't downloading in the mobile app, try the following:

  • Check that your device has a strong wifi connection
  • Make sure there is plenty of available storage space
  • Clear all of your previously downloaded lessons
  • Log out of the app, then log in again
  • Restart your device
  • Uninstall then reinstall the app
