Issues may arise from time to time when systems and browsers are updated. Clearing your browser's cache resolves many browser related issues. In order to clear your cache, follow the instructions according to the browser you are using:
Follow these instructions in order to clear your cache using Google Chrome:
- Click on the three dot icon to the right of the address bar.
- A drop down menu will appear. Find and highlight More Tools.
- A few options will pop out. Select Clear Browsing Data.
- Make sure to Clear Data for "All time" and not a specific time period.
- Go back to your lesson in Mango Languages and refresh the page.

Follow these instructions in order to clear your cache using Safari:
- In the task bar at the top of the screen, click Safari.
- A drop down menu will appear. Find and click Preferences.
- A pop out box will appear. Select the tab Privacy.
- Click the button Manage Website Data.
- A scroll down list will appear. At the bottom select Remove All.
- Go back to your lesson in Mango Languages and refresh the page.

Follow these instructions in order to clear your cache using Mozilla Firefox:
- Click on the three line icon to the right of the address bar.
- A drop down menu will appear. Find and click Preferences.
- A page will open with a few options on the left. Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down and find Cookies and Site Data.
- Click the button that says Clear Data.
- In the box that appears, make sure “Cookies and Site Data” and “Cached Web Content” are checked.
- Click Clear.
- Go back to your lesson in Mango Languages and refresh the page.

Follow these instructions in order to clear your cache using Microsoft Edge:
- Click on the three line icon (Hub icon) to the right of the address bar.
- A menu will appear from the right. Find and click the history icon.
- Your browser history will be displayed. Click where it says Clear All History.
- Check the boxes “Cookies and saved website data” and “Cached data and files” and click the button Clear.
- Go back to your lesson in Mango Languages and refresh the page.
