Missing Emails

If you're unable to find your email confirmation or password reset messages, please try the following steps. 

Note: As of 2/25/2026, Microsoft is currently blocking our messages. If you use Hotmail, Outlook, or MSN email domains and need to reset your password/confirm your email, please reach out to support for more assistance or change the email address you use with Mango.

  1. Check your junk/spam or promotions tab/folder.
  2. Resend the message: 
    • Click here to reset your password.
    • Click here to go to your profile and resend the email confirmation (located under your email address).
  3. Still not getting the emails? Contact support by emailing support@mangolanguages.com or submitting a ticket.
