Before you log in to Mango Languages, you need to create a Mango Profile.
If you are using a browser on a laptop or a desktop, log in to Mango HERE.
If you have already created a Mango profile and linked it to your library, there is no need to visit your library or your library’s website to log in to Mango Languages. You can log in at mangolanguages.com or HERE.
In order to log in on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet), first download the free Mango Languages App. You can simply search "Mango Languages" in the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). If you are having trouble finding them, click HERE.
Once downloaded, open the mobile app and tap "Log In".
Are you accessing Mango without an email address? Your organization may require you to use a username or mobile credentials.
Username:
This is assigned when your profile was set up for you. Contact your Mango administrator to get your username or reach out to support@mangolanguages.com with the name of your organization for more assistance.
Mobile Credentials:
These are automatically created for you when you sign into Mango for the first time. To find them, log into Mango on a web browser through you organization's Mango link. Once logged in, look for the mobile phone icon in the upper right corner of the page:

If you don't see the mobile phone icon, tap/click on the three lines and then on "Information for Mobile Log In". On the page that opens, copy down your username and password, you'll use those to log into the Mango app.
Still having problems? Reach out to support@mangolanguages.com and include your username (found in "Your Profile") and the name of your organization.
