Your Mango Languages subscription will be managed differently depending on how you purchased it. If you purchased a subscription via a computer browser follow the browser instructions. If you purchased a subscription via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store follow the mobile app instructions.
In order to manage a subscription you purchases via a computer browser, click HERE. From this settings page you can do the following:
- View your current subscription and billing information
- See when your next payment will be processed
- Update billing information (use a different credit card)
- Switch Subscription Types
- Cancel your subscription
In order to manage a subscription purchased through the mobile app, follow these instructions:
- Tap on the avatar icon in the upper right hand corner.
- In the profile settings menu, tap where it says Subscription.
- On the next screen you will see the type of subscription you have purchased (Single Language or All Languages). Tap the Manage button near the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the instructions per the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to make any changes to your subscription. To learn about switching subscription types click HERE.
