Students that belong to academic institutions (K12 and universities) may need to join a group created by their teacher/instructor/professor. This can be done one of two ways:
If your instructor has sent you an Invite Code, follow these steps to join the group:
- Log in to Mango Languages on a computer HERE. Note: while you can use Mango on your mobile device after joining a group, the act of joining a group must be done on a computer browser.
- Make sure your Mango profile is linked to your academic institution. You can do this by clicking on "Edit your Profile" in the upper right hand corner, then click on "Organizations" on the left. To be taken there directly click HERE.
- If your profile is already linked to your academic institution, click on "Edit your profile", then click on "Groups" on the left.
- Click on "Join Group", enter the 6-digit Invite Code your instructor sent you via email, and then click "Join Group" again.
Depending on how your school has decided to manage their account with Mango Languages, your school administrators or your instructor may be responsible for adding you to a group. Please consult with your instructor if this is the case for your particular school.
